Banjo-Conker…You’re in our hearts

In late December, Banjo-Conker was diagnosed with brain cancer that has kept him in constant trips to the hospital over the last few months. Having recently undergone surgery to help relieve the pain, the procedure failed to relenquish the pain he has had to endure. Sadly, the doctors later told him that he, essentially, may have only a few more months left to live. With that in mind, the doctors have given him an option to go through brain surgery in hopes of once again relieving his pain and, potentially, annihilating the cancer.
Brain surgery is a very dangerous procedure with the possibility that, those who undergo it, may never return. I ask that you all keep him in your minds and prayers that he will return safely.
Update: Some of you were asking when the surgery was to begin. I apologize for failing to mention it, but it was actually supposed to begin last night. So the surgery is either over by now or the doctors are still working on him.

I… feel so terrible hearing all of this. For sure I will pray for him. I really hope the next surgery will be successful…

I lost my father just two months ago to cancer.But even so I can only imagine what Banjo-conker and his family must go through.He will be in my families prayers.

I’m quite shocked of reading this… I’m terribly sorry!!
I hope he has the strength and hopefully gets the chance to recover from such a bad illness. My best wishes to him and his family and friends… =(

Damn I had no idea cuz of my off and on hiatus over the past year that BC was going through all this. He’s a good guy, I hope it all turns out well for him. You think there’s any way we can send something to him and his family, like even just this news post expressing our concern?

Man, this is sudden. Banjo-Conker(though we know him best as Rarefreak3) was one of my best buds over at the NSider forums. I hope he turns out all right.
