E3 2009:Perfect Dark for XBLA Announced, Coming this Winter!

Yes, you read that correctly. Rare is bringing Nintendo 64 classic to the Xbox LIVE Arcade with full 1080p support as confirmed by Major Nelson. It will currently be releasing this winter.
