64 Days of Viva Pinata- Day 7: The Art of Accessorizing
July 10th, 2008 by Daniel Duncan
Viva Pinata: Trouble in Paradise is closing in on us. In 58 days, this latest installment in the Viva franchise will be landing on store shelves awaiting your loving embrace. To celebrate its upcoming release, we’ll be taking a look at the past of the franchise each day leading up until its US, Canadian, and Latin American release on September 2nd and its European release on September 5th. So without further ado, let’s examine Day 7…
Day 7: The Art of Accessorizing
Viva Pinata offers more to the pinata in the game rather than just capturing them and properly caring for them. When a pinata becomes a resident, there is an option to accessorize it with a large variety of accessories available at the Paper Pets shop. These accessories can be used for various parts of a pinata’s body such as the head, body, ears, nose, and feet. Of course, not all pinata are prone to each field. The Whirlm for instance has no feet, so it can’t be accessorized with shoes.
The greatest part about using the accessories is how it can induce the imagination. On Day 6 for example, I showed you how to Create a Banjo. There are others as well such as Bottles, Conker, and however you choose to imagine your pinata to look. Below are some pictures of pinata that are accessorized in my own Garden.

Be sure and tell me what kinds of appearances your pinata currently have or have had in the past!

I once had a Parrybo with the same shoes as your Chewnicorn has, along with some gold teeth, then all I needed was a huge clock, and then he would look just like Flavor Flav.

My first Galagoogoo, Jackie, dresses like a schoolboy, complete with School Cap, Breegull Carrier, and Soccer Boots. I also have a Horstachio named Jingle decked out with more golden goodies then something made of paper should logically be able to hold up(If theres a part of the body that has an accessory that’s golden available, Jingle has it covered.).
