Trouble in Paradise Ignored at Leipzig

August 26th, 2008 by Daniel Duncan

Poor, poor Viva Pinata. Trouble in Paradise is releasing in just 10 days from now in Europe and they are sadly not very keen on the title apparantly. At least the German’s arent’. Kotaku listed the most ignored games at the Leipzig Games Convention and Trouble in Paradise was named among them. Perhaps the German’s were just embarrassed to be seen playing it and will secretly purchase it undercover at the late hours of night on its release? I don’t know, maybe it is just a German thing. Let’s hope that the rest of the world doesn’t take this same approach and ignore it as well!

germans are just pretty much rubbish.

  2. Paul Says:

I blame Microsoft myself. They did a very poor job of promoting the game at the convention. They were far more pre-occupied with pushing Rock Band and Guitar Hero.

  3. Madame Grunty Says:

Yeah, I guess Paul was right. They are only focusing on Gears of War 2, and other AAA titles. But Viva Pinata: TiP is an AAA title, too! Very weird if you ask me.
